Jiufu is a professional manufacturer specializing in metal anchoring solutions.
Founded in 2014, we have accumulated 10 years of industry experience, with our anchoring products exported to more than 40 countries, including the United States, Canada, Russia, Chile, Peru and Colombia. We have established partnerships with 13 national distributors, and our high-quality products have earned high recognition and trust from global customers.
Jiufu owns a 20,000㎡ production workshop equipped with 8 production lines, 5 professional engineers and 3 sets of German testing equipment, enabling us to meet diverse production demands for various anchoring products and accessories. We maintain a regular inventory of 3,000 tons, supporting fast delivery within 7 days.
We hold 18 international certifications, including ISO and SGS, making our products fully qualified for global project bidding.

Company Implementation Standards


Set clear quality goals: Design quality into
Based on customer needs, industry standards (such as ISO, CE or FCA, etc.) or internal specifications, clarify the key quality indicators of the product (such as dimensional tolerances, performance parameters, appearance defect standards, etc.), and form written documents to ensure understanding by all employees.
Standardized production process
Develop SOPs for each process (such as raw material inspection, assembly, and packaging) to clearly define the operating steps, tools, parameters, and qualification standards to avoid human operational differences.




Strict supplier access and review
(1) Establish a supplier evaluation system (e.g., quality stability, production capacity, and compliance), conduct regular audits (on-site factory inspections, historical quality data), and eliminate unqualified suppliers.
(2) Sign quality agreements with core suppliers to clearly define raw material quality standards
and liability for breach of contract.
Incoming Raw Materials Inspection [IQC]
All incoming raw materials and parts undergo sampling or full inspection, and are judged as qualified according to standards. Unqualified products are rejected or returned.

(2) Non-conforming products (raw materials, work-in-progress, finished products) are labeled and isolated to prevent misuse; a review is conducted (cause analysis and responsibility determination), and a resolution plan (rework, downgrade, scrapping) is developed.

Data traceability and continuous improvement
(1) Record data from the entire production process: raw material batches, equipment numbers, operators, inspection results, etc., to ensure product traceability (ifquality problems occur, the cause can be quickly identified). Convene quality meetings regularly to calculate defect rates, analyze frequent problems, and identify root causes (such as equipment, materials, and operations).
(2) Promote the PDCA cycle(Plan-Do-Check-Act): Develop corrective actions for problems
(such as updating SOPs or changing suppliers), verify effectiveness, and standardize to prevent
recurrence.

We have established a customer feedback processing mechanism to quickly respond to after-sales quality issues, analyze the causes, and implement corrective actions (such as recalls and rework).
